We are giving your family its own AI, and protecting it like it matters.
You are getting your own angel: an AI that works for your family and no one else. It lives under your own name, with its own private line, its own brain, and its own locked door. Nothing is shared with anyone. The reason everything below takes a little care is simple: this angel can do real things in the real world, so we built it so that only you can approve the powerful ones.
Nothing dangerous happens without your key.
Most of what your angel does day to day is safe and automatic. But a few actions are too powerful to leave unlocked, the kind you would never want a stranger to do in your name: anything that touches money, creates an account or identity, or changes a machine your family depends on.
Those actions stay locked by default. To open the lock takes one thing only: a physical touch on your key. No passwords to remember, no codes to type. You tap, it opens for a short moment, then it locks itself again. Safe by default, always.
Why you get a card, and how you get it.
The "card" is a small hardware security key. You tap it. It is the one thing no cloud can copy, because it never syncs anywhere: there is no copy of it to steal. That is what makes it safe, and it is why a password alone is not enough.
We send it to you. It arrives by FedEx with simple instructions. Setting it up is one button at a time: plug it in, touch it once, and a quick practice run shows you it works, with nothing real happening. From then on, one tap opens the door when you need it.
We actually send you more than one key on purpose. A single key is a single point of failure, so you get a daily one and a spare kept safe. Lose one and you still get in. You can never lock yourself out.
Do you need a Mac?
Our protection works best on Apple devices, an iPhone and a Mac, because their built-in fingerprint and face check is part of what keeps the door shut to everyone but you. If you do not have a Mac, we can send you one. If you are not on an iPhone yet, tell us, and we will tell you honestly how easy or hard it would be to switch. There is no wrong answer, we just need to know so we send the right gear.
Where do we send it?
We ship to wherever you tell us, by FedEx, with a signature so it does not sit on a porch. We only need you to confirm your address once. Nothing goes out until you do, and nothing about you is ever public.
The one thing we need from you
We can only move forward once you answer a few quick questions: where to ship, whether you need a Mac, whether you have a key already, and whether you use an iPhone. It takes a minute.
