These terms cover your use of bstrap.ai and the BSTRAP SMS programme, operated by BSTRAP LLC, a California limited liability company.

Using the site

The site and its content are provided as-is for information about the programme. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to access accounts that are not yours.

SMS programme terms

Programme. “Vega” is a conversational onboarding assistant that helps a small group of pre-enrolled members set up a personal AI assistant on their own laptop, over text. Conversations are two-way and member-initiated. It is not a marketing programme and we do not send promotional messages.

Consent. Consent is collected one-to-one, in person or by phone, during onboarding. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Stopping. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
