BSTRAP
bstrap preserves the judgment, relationships, standards, and hard-earned knowledge that no tool can replace — and organizes the practical side of a family's digital life around the people who carry that value.
A small circle, considered carefully. Everything is created in your name, with your keys — scoped, guarded, and yours to hold when the work is done.
BSTRAP LLC is a California limited liability company, and bstrap.ai is its website. We set up and look after the accounts, devices, and AI tools of the individuals and families we work with, and teach them to use those tools safely. Engagements are by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
People we enroll in person can receive setup-help and support text messages from our assistant, Vega. See our SMS program terms, Privacy Policy, and contact details.

The same calm, professional surface a network operator trusts — turned on the things a family actually depends on. The states below are an example layout; your live dashboard binds to your own tenant's real health, and nothing claims to be running until it is.
Passwordless sign-in with a hardware key. Fleet overview, roster, and approvals.
Each family member signs in with their own key. Their accounts, devices, and safe handoffs.
The family's agents meet the wider exchange under your own domain, mutually authenticated.
The operator surface: evidence, fleet health, and the record of what changed and why.
A HIPAA-lane sub-exchange for a family's care team. Built, gated, and held until certified.
Independent operators, each a distinct physical key. Once armed, no one is locked out and no one recovers alone.
We organize the practical side of a family's digital life around the people, professions, decisions, and relationships that already carry the value.
Capture the standards, contacts, preferences, routines, and decisions that make a person effective in their work and family life.
Accounts, devices, phone paths, recovery, and approvals are mapped so the family never depends on one person remembering everything.
Technology is fitted to the person, their profession, and their judgment. The goal is confidence, not dependency.
Money, accounts, family outreach, and provider changes stay explicit. Tools do not outrun consent.
Each person learns the parts that matter for their life and work. We avoid jargon and keep the operating model understandable.
The system keeps improving as tools, risks, careers, and family needs change. Wisdom stays central while intelligence gets cheaper to rent.
Every engagement runs the same path, in order. Nothing sensitive changes before the family understands what will change and why.
We start with the profession, family roles, trusted people, sensitive paths, and the decisions that should never be handled casually.
Accounts, devices, recovery, identity, and approvals get mapped — and provisioned into the control plane — before the family depends on any new tool or outside helper.
The family learns what to use, what to avoid, and when to ask for help. Records, gates, and support paths keep improving over time.
High-stakes actions — money, account changes, family outreach, provider changes — require explicit approval and a recovery path. When a check cannot pass, the answer is no.
Everything is created in your name with your email. When we are done, you hold the keys. We keep nothing we do not need.
A signed recovery policy pins independent people, each a distinct physical key. Once armed, losing one person never bricks the family, and no one recovers alone.
Provider changes, phone routes, money movement, and account changes require explicit approval. Every decision is written to a tamper-evident record.
This is closer to a private club than a software signup. If a family truly belongs here, the first step is a thoughtful introduction — and a private review before anything is accepted.
